Terms of Trade for Indent Orders
Ordering
All orders are to be emailed or faxed. No orders will be taken over the phone due to possible miscomunication.
We do not have minimum orders.
Payment Terms
All orders req 50% deposit and full payment before goods can be sent or picked up. We accept visa / mastercard, or direct debit.
Title of Goods
All goods remain property of longshot clothing / oncourt apparel untill full payment has been made.
Manufacture Time
Please allow up to six weeks for delivery from payment of deposit whilst we endeaver to keep lead times to a minimum, sometimes delays can occur.
Cancellations or Returns
Orders cannot be cancelled once customer deposits are received.
We do not accept returns on custom made goods. Please check all goods before wearing as once worn are deemed as second hand garments. Goods returned that have been washed will not be accepted.
Warranty
This covers faulty workmanship and defective materials. If for some reason this has occurred we will either fix or replace the garment within three weeks of manufacture. This does not cover torn or misused garments.
Sizing Kits
We happily supply sizing kits and size charts for your convenience
A deposit is required for sizing kits. This will be credited to your final bill.
Sizing kits are a guide only and we do not accept responsibility for incorrect fittings. Please ensure the correct size is chosen.
Freight Charges
Freight is included on orders over 20 garments.
Under 20 garments freight fees apply.
